This detailed programme outlines procedures for furniture (including sustainable disposal, recycling or reuse), and the de-commissioning and commissioning of IT equipment and electrical systems to minimise environmental impact. All equipment is transported with the utmost care in high quality crates; including all personal files, books and office miscellanea. All pieces are labelled and Revo ensures minimal disruption or downtime.
It is common for relocations to take place during out-of-office hours. Revo manages all transport, handling and access processes and may stagger a large move to minimise downtime.
Before the final commissioning of the new offices, Revo thoroughly tests all procedures to ensure 100% perfection.
